Jimeng watermark removal — before & after
Real Jimeng-generated image processed by this tool. Both the “AI 生成” pill and the “即梦AI” wordmark are erased and the underlying pixels reconstructed by AI inpainting.
Before
AfterWhy this Jimeng watermark remover
Handles both Jimeng marks
Free-tier Jimeng outputs ship with two watermarks — the muted “AI 生成” pill in the top-left and the bright “即梦AI” wordmark with sparkle in the bottom-right. This Jimeng watermark remover detects and erases both in a single pass.
Runs in your browser
Your Jimeng images never leave your device. No server upload, no logs, no tracking. Open the network panel and verify it for yourself.
Free and unlimited
No signup, no daily quota, no credit card. Process as many Jimeng outputs as you need.
Batch processing
Drop a folder of Jimeng images at once and download the cleaned set as a single ZIP.
How to remove Jimeng watermarks in 3 steps
- 01
Upload your Jimeng image
Drag and drop, or click to browse. PNG, JPEG and WebP files up to 20 MB. Add multiple images at once for batch processing.
- 02
We erase both marks locally
The Jimeng watermark remover detects the top-left pill and the bottom-right wordmark separately, then inpaints each region using AI on desktop or a fast pure-JS fallback on mobile.
- 03
Download your clean image
Save individual images or download the whole batch as a single ZIP. Output keeps the same format and resolution as your original file.
What the Jimeng watermarks look like
ByteDance's Jimeng (即梦) image generator stamps every free-tier output with two visible marks. The top-left carries a small rounded pill containing the Chinese text “AI 生成” (literally “AI generated”) — a regulatory disclosure label rendered as a thin gray border on a translucent dark background. The bottom-right carries the brand wordmark “即梦AI” next to a stylised sparkle icon, in bright white.
Both are rendered at render time as overlays on top of the generated image, which means a Jimeng watermark remover can target the pixel region rather than retraining or remixing the underlying content. Because each mark sits in a known corner with a distinct colour profile, deterministic detection is straightforward.
How the Jimeng Watermark Remover works
Detection runs in two passes — one per corner. The top-left pass searches a 18 % × 13 % region near the top-left for pixels in the muted-gray luminance band 85 – 130 with a small RGB spread (the pill text and border are gray, R ≈ G ≈ B). The bottom-right pass searches a 45 % × 17 % region near the bottom-right for white-ish pixels with all RGB channels above 200. The bounding box of matching pixels in each pass becomes the watermark region for that corner.
On desktop, the Jimeng watermark remover crops a 60 px context window around each region and hands it to MI-GAN — an ICCV 2023 GAN inpainter — running locally in the browser via onnxruntime-web with WebGPU acceleration. The reconstructed crop is composited back into the source image at full resolution. On mobile, the same crops are filled via our PatchMatch-style exemplar fill, which copies real source patches from elsewhere in the image into the masked region — no model download, no GPU required.
When to use the Jimeng watermark remover
Reach for the Jimeng watermark remover when you need a clean Jimeng output for a content workflow — a social post, a thumbnail, a banner, a portfolio piece, a personal archive. Designers, marketers and content creators in the Chinese-language ecosystem are the heaviest users; the tool is fast, free and unlimited and produces output without either of the corner marks.
We provide the Jimeng watermark remover for personal, research and creative use. Removing the “AI 生成” disclosure pill does not exempt you from any local AI-disclosure obligations; you remain responsible for following ByteDance's Jimeng terms and any platform rules that apply to your final use of the cleaned image.
Privacy guarantees
Several other sites marketed as a “即梦 watermark remover” require you to upload your image to their server before they'll process it. We don't. The Jimeng watermark remover runs the entire detect-and-inpaint pipeline locally in your browser. The MI-GAN model is downloaded directly to your device on first use and cached there; your image data never leaves the browser sandbox.
You can audit this in the browser's network panel: drop a Jimeng image in and watch — the only outbound traffic is the static page assets and (on desktop) the one-time MI-GAN download. No request ever carries the bytes of your image.
Limitations
The Jimeng watermark remover works best on the original PNG, JPEG or WebP that Jimeng produced. Screenshots, recompressed exports, or images that have been edited in a third-party tool may have the watermark pixel values shifted, which can reduce detection accuracy. If a corner mark isn't detected, the tool simply skips it and leaves the image unchanged in that area.
On busy backgrounds (lots of fine texture under either mark), the inpainted region can show subtle differences from the rest of the image even with MI-GAN. For uniform backgrounds — the most common Jimeng output style — the result is usually visually seamless.
Jimeng Watermark Remover — FAQ
Is the Jimeng Watermark Remover free?
Yes, completely free with no usage limits. No signup, no credit card, no daily quota.
Do you upload my Jimeng images to a server?
No. Every image is processed locally inside your browser. Your files never leave your device, so this is the most private way to remove Jimeng watermarks online.
Why does Jimeng put two watermarks on each image?
Free-tier Jimeng outputs include both an “AI 生成” disclosure pill in the top-left and a “即梦AI” brand wordmark with sparkle icon in the bottom-right. The Jimeng watermark remover targets both — leaving either of them on your image makes the cleanup feel half-done.
How does the Jimeng watermark removal work?
We detect each mark by colour profile: the top-left pill is muted gray pixels in a tight luminance band, and the bottom-right wordmark is high-luminance white. Each detected box is fed to an inpainting backend — MI-GAN AI inpainting on desktop, PatchMatch-style exemplar fill on mobile — which reconstructs the underlying pixels.
Can I process multiple Jimeng images at once?
Yes. Drop a folder of Jimeng outputs into the uploader and download all cleaned images as a single ZIP archive.
Why does the result look slightly off in busy backgrounds?
Inpainting is reconstruction, not reversal. On uniform regions (sky, walls, dark backgrounds) the Jimeng watermark remover is essentially indistinguishable from the original; on busy textures the inpainted patch may show subtle differences.
Is removing the Jimeng watermark legal?
Legality depends on your jurisdiction and ByteDance's Jimeng terms of service. The Jimeng watermark remover is provided for personal, research and creative-workflow use — you remain responsible for respecting applicable terms and any AI-disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction.
Does it work on iPhone, iPad or Android?
Yes. Any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — works on desktop, iPhone, iPad and Android.
